Services & Support

We are committed to securing better outcomes for students with disabilities through advocacy and parent partnership. We strive to protect the rights of children with disabilities and empower parents through training, resources and in person support. Our goal is to help parents understand the IEP or 504 process and their rights. We aim to ensure all students have the opportunity to receive the support necessary to help them reach their full potential.  We strive to bridge the gap between schools and parents.

Steps

Flat Rate Pricing

When considering hiring a special education advocate we understand cost is very important. We have developed a flat rate pricing plan with different levels of services and support to fit any budget. We believe it's important to be upfront about the cost of services so you have a clear idea of what to expect and how much it will cost. You may find that most Advocates require a retainer, we do not. We have worked hard to keep our overhead cost low we have developed a flat rate fee structure that includes different levels of support.

The first step is a FREE 20-minute consult this helps us understand the students needs and the parents goals. The second step is a detailed review of students records,  including the current IEP and other relevant records. There is a flat fee for this Intake step which includes a 90-minute parent meeting. The final step is having the advocate attend the IEP meeting to better assist and advise the parent.

Reduce Fee Services

We work hard to provide support to all parents and we do offer reduced cost support (our capacity to provide this is limited). In these cases we work on a sliding scale that follows the State of CA income eligibility threshold for Free and Reduced lunch.  Proof of income is required and these service are limited. Sliding scale fees are discussed on per case basis after income criteria has been determined.
